After recording 3 new tracks featuring Frederic Langlais on Bandoneon & Accordina I started to see a new avenue for my music and production style. I told Frederic we should try to re record some of my oldest tracks with him sharing some of the leads with me replacing world instruments programmed samples used in the original version . The result was just a revelation for me. I decided to pushed the concept further and called more friends for help. Matthieu Rabatte & Laurent Faucheux on Drums & Perc, Roberto Briot on bass. The result is a whole new acoustic sound for my music. Still world but more Latin than Oriental witch is totally new for me, and still lounge & using lounge production technic , but a lot more Jazzy and organic.
Suddenly that definition of “Jazzy lounge” I give to my music is starting to make sense.
